(My comment: If it will indeed be in Vista Alegre, I think the traffic problem in Bangga Corry must be solved. In my years of using the roads therein, big congestion is always happening in Bangga Corry vis-a-vis Lopues East. There should be an additional road connecting Bacolod’s East and Bacolod’s South. Yes, there is now the new opening at Megaworld Upper East and there is an upcoming 2nd circum. road but I think Granada and Border-Murcia/Tanduay linkage is kinda far. I think another road must connect Estefania/Villa Angela and Vista Alegre/Mansilingan especially when the new developments (Bacolod Gen. Hospital and Masskara Coliseum) will be perfected in these areas.

According to DOH: A general hospital shall provide services for all kinds of illnesses, diseases, injuries, or deformities. A general hospital shall provide medical and surgical care to the sick and uninjured, maternity, newborn, and child care. It shall be equipped with the service capabilities needed to support board certified/eligible medical specialists and other licensed physicians rendering services in, but not limited to, the following:
a. Clinical Services (Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and
Gynecology, Surgery)
b. Emergency Services
c. Outpatient Services
d. Ancillary and Support Services such as clinical laboratory, imaging facility and
pharmacy
