What is included in the farm?
Fully-equipped rice field with an operating irrigation system; a fully-operational fish pond/punong with a water source directly from the sea; two fully-furnished houses.
What is the road system going there?
As of April 2024, the rough road from the main highway to the property is being cemented. It is reported to be finished at the end of 2024.
Are there fishponds?
Yes, the farm has 5 boxes of fish ponds or punongs.
What are the contents of the fish ponds?
Bangus, prawn, crabs.
How much is the harvest from the fish ponds?
It depends on the stocking. Currently, the owner gets a third person to make stockings and harvesting. There are existing buyers from the area.
How much is the harvest from the rice field?
The last harvest as of 2024 is 63 sacks of rice and 15 kilos of rice and 15 sacks of “upa” or rice husks (for pig’s feeds). There are three harvests per year.
Is there a water source for the rice field?
Yes. There is a deep well as a source of water and there is an irrigation system.
What are the other resources in the farm?
There are coconut and mango trees.
What is the reason for selling?
The owner is 82 years old and all the children are abroad and have no interest in taking over and managing the property.
Is there a current manager?
Yes. Currently, the owner has someone from the locality who helps in managing the farm.
